Refund policy
Returns
You can return any unused part within 30 days of delivery. It must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging. Parts that have been painted, drilled, cut, modified or installed cannot be returned, so please test-fit every part before any paint or bodywork.
To start a return, call 877-813-2121 or email bumperandbodyparts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply with return instructions, usually the same business day. Please do not send a part back without contacting us first.
Fitment guarantee
If a part does not fit the year, make, model and trim it is listed for, we pay the return shipping and refund or replace it, your choice. The same applies if we sent the wrong part, or the part is defective or arrived damaged. Call us first and we send a prepaid label or arrange the freight pickup.
Who pays return shipping
- Our error (does not fit the listed vehicle, wrong part, defective, damaged in transit): we pay.
- Change of mind or ordered the wrong part: you pay the return shipping. Shipping to you was free, so nothing is deducted from your refund for the original delivery.
Large parts that shipped by freight truck need to be returned the same way. Call us before sending one so we can quote or arrange the pickup.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the part reaching us. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the packaging and the part, and contact us the same day you receive it. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before you sign. We replace parts damaged in transit at no cost to you.
Local pickup orders
Parts collected at our Sugar Land counter can be returned to the counter within the same 30 days.
