Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or any other US territory, and we do not ship to APO or FPO military addresses or outside the United States. Those addresses will not be accepted at checkout.

Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no account required. Express delivery is available at checkout for $15.00.

Standard parcel orders
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and travel by FedEx Ground or USPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

Oversized parts and freight
Large panels such as bumper covers, hoods, doors and tailgates are too big for parcel carriers and ship by freight truck. Freight orders typically take 3 to 6 business days and require a commercial address with a working phone number, because the carrier calls to arrange delivery. Product pages identify freight items before you buy.

PO boxes
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please give a street address.

Local pickup, Houston area
You can collect your order from us instead of having it shipped, and pickup costs less than the shipped price. Choose pickup in the cart and we will confirm the price and a collection time by phone before you pay.

Damaged or missing deliveries
Photograph the packaging and the damage before doing anything else, then contact us the same day on 877-813-2121 or at bumperandbodyparts@gmail.com. If freight damage is visible while the truck is still there, note it on the delivery paperwork before you sign.
